If you're writing in because something on the site doesn't match what you found at an airport in person, a little detail goes a long way:
- Which airport and terminal
- What you actually saw (operator name, approximate location, roughly when you were there)
- A photo, if you have one and don't mind sharing — this is often the fastest way for us to verify and update an entry
